"At first with my order i had some verification troubles, which was my fault so i fixed as soon as possible, but my order still didnt leave the door for 7 more Business days, which was frustrating sense i paid 60 bucks to get it expedited for a few projects. but when i called to see if they would work with me on shipping they pushed back A LOT on helping me out offering to "freeze my my shipping" so they could down grade it to standerd ground ? (myself, being a customer service and sales rep for GuitarCenter.com found that extremely confusing that they offered to slow down the process when i CLEARLY needed it expedited) When push came to shove i HAD to settle with whatever happened or else they were going to make my life living hell waiting for this thing. After all of that once i received the order .. 2 lenses were missing.. i figured they were on a back order or on the way.. nope they sent me the wrong kit, but they were upgraded lenses so apparently they lost a few bucks in their mix up so i decided to keep the lenses but still try to get the 50mm lens for free because it was the main reason i got this kit, so lenny was willing to work with me this time and he got his manager to help me out by sending me a free 50mm lens.. all in all the customer service was Sketchy and i still feel like ive been cheated by not getting the 500mm lens. but honestly i just dont want to deal with the customer service anymore so ill just settle with what ive got and just go buy a better one later."
